My wife and I went to the Famdation Grill on 8 February 2025 for a late lunch. We had a coupon voucher from Sweetdeals.com so our meal was prepaid. I had catfish fillets and my wife had the shrimp dinner. The food was made to order and was very hot & delicious. It was more than either if us could eat. The restaurant was clean the tables were decorated for Valentines Day. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and accommodating. We were quickly served, as there were only a few diners inside. We got very generous portions and great-tasting food. My wife was overheard to say the place was a "hidden gem. I highly recommend Famdation grill in Shreveport.
When I want a good homemade hamburger and I don't want to make it myself, I typically drive to Marshall, TX. Well I won't be doing that much more! This is the Best homemade burger I've had in this city in forever! Cooked to order, seasoned to perfection, vegetables are fresh, fries...cajun, Kool-Aid sweet! Go try it!

Famdation is one of Shreveport's hidden gems! The food was delicious. I had REAL fried catfish, and my aunt had the BBQ wings. The rachet berry lemonade was pretty good. Food didn't take too long after ordering. I would definitely eat here again. Especially on Mondays when a lot of my other favorite spots are closed. Please try them. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Everything I ordered was seasoned to perfection and delicious. I ordered a burger with hotel fries and fish and shrimp combo with fries. I also ordered the greens and Mac and cheese. The burger was moist and seasoned and had the perfect crust. The fish was flaky and not too much breading as well as the shrimp. The greens were the best greens I’ve ever eaten from a restaurant. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Greens so good you cannot stop! Seasoned with a pig’s foot on mine. Just the right spice and bite off the greens. Excellent. Rotel with tortillas always top notch! Philly is delish! Famdation in Shreve City spread style! Get you some!
The food was really good and so was the cake. I ordered a 9 piece jerk wing and the sauce was amazing. Not too spicy just right. First time coming and I will be back.
My family and I visited here one day wanting something different and tasty. This place exceeded my expectations! Looked family owned and operated. The food was reasonably priced. The taco salad was really good and worth the price listed. They have all types of cakes that are definitely homemade. I think. Lol. The burgers are a good size as well. The environment was inviting and cozy. The customers remained a steady flow and we were there around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. All together, I would definitely recommend this to others.
